As you know, the Conquest has been tasked with patrolling the Arkanis, Savareen and Karthakk sectors in order to stem the flow of contraband materiel to Rebel cells along the Corellian Run. One of our pilots, Commander Quinllan Yorr, was a recent guest of your facility on Lok. While the general cause of his unscheduled stop is no doubt known to you, we have cause to believe that there may an increasing Rebel presence in the Nelvaan system.
We have requested an official investigation and probe of the system, but as a courtesy to you and your crew, I am forwarding a copy of Cmdr. Yorr's debriefing.
The Conquest will be stationed here near Socorro for the remainder of the week before a potential deployment to Christophsis, baring other orders. Feel free to call on us for any support, as we are, as they say, in the neighborhood.

Enclosure 2 (Mission Overview).
Mission: The mission of Detachment A-113 was to escort Y8 convoy 43r-81b to Christophsis Halo mining facility 443. Upon arrival, A-113 was to oversee the authorization of quadrillium, and Nergon-14 resources pursuant to the amended Imperial Order 443c [attached].
Enclosure 3 (Resolution).
Though Christophsis Halo sub-sector mining oligarchy administrator Griffal noted his desire to lodge a formal complaint with the Imperial Naval Requisitions Office due to the "criminal nature of this misappropriation of local resources" he quickly authorized the proper distribution of said resources through the assigned Imperial contracted carriers when informed of the potential unscheduled arrival of the ISD Conquest. I expect no further delays in resupply from the Oligarchy.
Enclosure 4 (Intelligence)
Upon the conclusion of the negotiations, Flight Officer Johandy and I administered the refueling of TIE Advanced X5 X522369-0321 and departed the Christophsis system to rendezvous with the Conquest Battle Line at Socorro, according to logged flightplan CBL-0043001 [Attached].
Detachment A-113 departed hyperspace for a routine course adjustment over Nelvaan [coordinates attached]. Immediately upon reversion, a routine active scan discovered a wingpair of two Incom T-65 "X-wing" starfighters breaking from the stratosphere of the planet below. Neither vessel responded to orders to identify themselves and took aggressive action by adjusting course to intercept our own.
Both vessels were subsequently destroyed with no survivors and no damage sustained by TIE "Aggressor" 0321. While no unit nor system defense force designations were able to be discerned in the engagement, preliminary sensor readings indicate that both vessels were equipped with the Taim & Bak KX9 laser canons indicative of T-65s commonly employed by the Rebel Starfighter Corps.
It is the humble recommendation of this officer that the Nelvaan system be investigated as a potential site of a Rebel base or hyperlane raid staging ground.
Enclosure 5 (Alterations)
After completing a cursory scan of the Nelvaan system [results attached] with the Aggressor's limited sensor suite, Detachment A-113 discovered that the unexpected sublight engagement had depleted fuel reserves such that the original flight plan required alteration. Flight officer Johandy and I plotted a course to the nearby Karthakk system [amended flightplan attached]
Upon reversion we established a geosynchronous orbit and announced our arrival to Aventine Starport Control. We were cleared to land and set down on platform 2c with no irregularities. Elements of the 452nd Imperial Fighter Group assigned to the VSD Valorum but currently stationed at Aventine Starport met us upon arrival and arranged for appropriate platform security.
With the ship refueled, Detachment A-113 departed and completed the rest of the amended flightplan to Socorro without incident.
Enclosure 6 (Recommendations)
With the proximity of the Karthakk system and the relatively isolated Aventine Starport to a possible Nelvaan system Rebel staging ground, I believe it is imperative to to transmit this, admittedly limited, data to all appropriate field commanders so that proper reconnaissance of the area can begin. I strongly urge my direct superiors to forward the entirety of this report to any Imperial asset in the region should they also find sufficient cause.
Enclosure 7 (Notations)
Flight Officer Johandy performed admirably in his first combat action with one confirmed T-65 kill from the Armek SD-5 twin laser cannon turret of "Aggressor" 0321. To this point in his career, he demonstrates what this officer deems to be the ideal mix of deference to authority and individual initiative incumbent upon an officer in the Imperial Starfighter Corps.
